maybe yard work? format a resume for them? set up printers/faxes/ etc for technology inept people? it'll have to be manual labor unless you all have a skill.

bake sale: cakes, cookies, pizza and anything you can make at home sponsor a movie...like for example, let's say you are sponsoring money for the research abt autism...get a movie abt autism and play it in your school movie theatre and get pple who want to help your cause to pay tickets organize a theme party in a cool hangout place where kids usually like to be on a Friday night or Saturday...talk to the owner to cut you some slack with the prices so that you can make money out of this evening (tell him it's like free publicity or smtg and that he will be helping a cause...)...u can get some free food or drinks from the owner that you can sell to the pple coming garage sales...get the pple who are with you in the organization to donate whatever they don't want anymore and that you can sell...do it on school premises by getting a special order from your principal

Cookie Dough Fundraiser: Important Questions To Ask A Fundraising Company
Have you and your team decided on pushing through with a cookie dough fundraiser? Then, the next big step that you need to do will be choosing a fundraising company that will provide you your supplies during the course of your campaign. This task may sound like a very easy one but once you get to see the number of companies present nowadays, you will surely have second thoughts about the difficulty of making a choice. There are literally hundreds of companies out there however; not all of them will provide the best types of services. Some may only be in the business for the purpose of gaining profit. These types of companies will only provide you supplies and leave you to do things on your own. The best companies on the other hand, will not only offer you low priced products but they will also give you the necessary tips that will allow you to optimize the potential of your elementary school fundraiser. I will be discussing the different questions that you need to ask a company. These questions will enable you to determine whether or not the persons whom you are considering are really worth it.
The first question that you need to ask would be "how long have you been in the industry?" Asking this question will give you a good idea about the expertise of a particular group. Those that have been only in the field for 3 years may not be a good choice but those who have been assisting schools with different kinds of fundraisers for more than 50 years will be very ideal. If this is going to be your first time to carry out a cookie dough fundraiser, then it is crucial that the group that you will be asking assistance from should be one that has been playing this type of game for a very long time already. A group like that will provide all of the help or assistance that you will need during the course of your campaign. The next question you need to bring up would be "are you accredited by the Better Business Bureau?" This question will tell you if the group that you are considering to hire is allowed to engage in business.
Another good question would be "how much money were you able to raise with your previous clients?" This will enable you to measure the expertise of a particular group. The main purpose of your campaign is to raise money, which means that you need to find people that will help you as much money as possible. If the people that you are asking this question will tell you that they have been able to raise a total of $ 100,000 with different schools recently, then this will be a good indication that those guys really now how to manage a fundraiser. Lastly, you need to ask about the promotional, marketing, and sales materials that they will be providing you. These materials will be of great help to your campaign because they will allow you to spread the word about what you're planning to do.
